Denver retail establishment, formed in 1894 by Dennis Sheedy with his purchase of McNamara Dry Goods which was established in 1886. In 1924 it was purchased by Scruggs, Vandervoort & Barney of St. Louis. Sold in 1964 to Associated Dry Goods Company of New York City. Sold in 1986 to Denver's May D & F Company.
